What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied after you receive the product. That's why we give you several options to tell us if you're not! If you've purchased on shambarr.com, return your product to us (within 90 days) and we will issue a full refund! All you have to do is make sure that the product is still in “new” condition or has only been gently used. If you've purchased the product from somewhere else, we still offer the same, hassle-free money back guarantee within 30 days of receiving the product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
What is your warranty policy?
The Shambarr Guarantee
We're so confident in the quality of our products that we're willing to stand behind them for 24 whole months. If you experience an issue with the quality of your Shambarr product, simply follow the steps below to receive a replacement:
Send us an email to admin@shambarr.com which includes:
Your proof of purchase (e.g. an order number or email confirmation including the date of purchase)
The name/model number of the product
The reason for your warranty claim
Once we have received this, someone from our team will contact you with further steps. Upon being contacted by a member of our team, please return the purchased product with all accessories, manuals, and original undamaged packaging. We cannot process the return or exchange request until receiving these items.
The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:
Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
Damage resulting from chemical spills, fire, or other harmful substances
Damage resulting from natural disaster
Lost or stolen products
Quick tip: Before submitting a return or exchange request, please attempt all trouble shooting suggestions located in your product manual.
Note: If we do not have the exact model in stock, you'll be able to choose one of our other models of equal or lesser value.
